Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi

"I recently stayed at Villaggio hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I'd like to give a special shoutout to two exceptional staff members: - Anil from Housekeeping, who provided exceptional service during my stay. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that my room was always spotless. - Wakif from the Front Office, who was extremely helpful and courteous during check-in and throughout my stay. Everything about the hotel was just perfect—the rooms, the staff, and their willingness to help (especially Ifnaz, but others too). The welcoming Arabic kawa and fresh dates were very refreshing after over a 14-hour flight. The great breakfast buffet was just lovely and added to the exceptional experience. I arrived a good few hours before check-in, and there was a room available, so I could use it straight away. I also needed to store my luggage after checkout, and later in the evening, to kill a couple of hours before heading to the airport, the business center next to the lobby was just very convenient and comfortable to use to catch up with all the emails. My experience was so wonderful that I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff is friendly. The housekeeping is perfect, special thanks to Anil, who was responsible for our room. The breakfast was good, but we really missed chocolate cream. Consider it for the future.

Hotel is very close to city but you will not feel the city vibe. The price is very good and staff in reception are accommodating most especially Marionne. She assisted us all the time. Very polite in answering phone too.

We've been here before and we kep on coming back! Reception staff members were warm and friendly. Check in process was straight forward. Security is also tight but it is for the good of all guests. The bedroom was well sized for the price that we paid. Haider, the bellboy who helped us was also polite and alert to assist. I can;t remember the staff member who first assisted us in the chieck in but Waque on our second day was accommodating and the filipina staff member during our check out was also nice and cheerful. Overall stay was great! the swimming pool was temperature controlled which is really useful at this winter weather.
